According to Wikipedia the Russian is Khuliganstvo, which is just borrowed from the English, and has an intentionally vague meaning so that it can cover many cases ... It's what they got Matthias Rust for when he landed a Cessna in Red Square in 1987 for example.

Thanks for this, Patricia. I've been thinking about this case at the same time as I watch the Catholic Church trying to turn the screws on the nuns, again. As the structures begin to fall, they are digging in and lashing out. We'll see how it all goes.
