received by writers at many levels of education and experience, from aspiring

multicultural traditions of spiritual writing and encourages
participants to explore ways of expressing the ineffable. |

Writing beyond autobiography
expands a poet’s options. This workshop explores use of the dramatic
monologue and the personna poem as ways to reach beyond the limitations

Performance |
Today’s audience
has high standards for poetic performances. This workshop helps poets
find their on-stage voice and personnae without sacrificing the private
voice necessary to much poetry. |
